Hi, I'm currently using Alienware 14 with GTX765M, even while playing CS GO the fan running at full speed, sound like it. I was wondering if I remove the bottom case will help/improve the cooling? or I'm going to make thing worse due to airflow?

I just bought the Cooler Master SF-17 though..

Your airflow will improve removing the cover leading to cooler temps.
BUT
Without looking up your specific case (something's going on with the internet here today): Do you have things you can remove that will keep the feet on the laptop?
Opening the case: Sure (just remember to put it back if you ever stuff it in a bag). But resting your laptop on the Harddrive, RAM and the CPU cooler is probably not a good idea.

Thank you for the advise!

Yeah now I run without bottom case, to make sure I didn't put pressure on anything, I put few double sided tapes on the solid edge to support it's weight and make sure there is some clearance from the bottom..

Will try gpu z and see whether it makes any different, now at least this put my mind at rest lol.

Depending on how long you've owned the laptop and how often you use it, as well as the environment you use it in, you may need to check for dust or any other small debris caught in the fans and heatsinks. If there's anything in there, blow that out with an air compressor. Sometimes a bad paste job (referring to the thermal compound the assembly team put on the CPU and GPU of the laptop) will require you to reapply the compound as well.

Having the cover off might help, but you shouldn't need to do that.
