Gaming laptop screen flickering on left side

New gaming laptop screen flashing vertical lines, random colors, static and right half of the screen is black, this does occur the second it powers on i have tried safe mode and the model is asus tuf fx504

Edit : I fixed the issue by moving a cable a bit but now the left side of the screen is slightly brighter and i can see it flickering

If this is a new device, then I would take it back and have them replace it with a working one. No new device should give you issues.
