I understand laptops are not the best for gaming and I understand I could get a higher quality desktop for cheaper, but it is impossible for me to have a desktop, I will not take any into consideration and will ingore any post regarding a desktop. Thanks for the help everyone!

With that budget go for a clevo x7200 or x8100. I personally use a Clevo x7200 as my gaming laptop and it always dominates games. It uses a full on desktop i7 and can be configured with 580m sli and three hard drives. Many resellers can be found and avadirect has many options

I'd get the Asus G53SW-XN1 Laptop: i7 2630QM, GTX 460M, 6GB DDR3, 500GB 7200rpm, 15.6" LED (1920x1080), 8-Cell battery, $793 After $100 Rebate + Free Shipping

The GTX 460M is a high-end mobile card. It can play the majority of games on high at 1080p. They're discussing it in slickdeals here if you want more info: http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/58572/newegg-asus-g53swxn1-laptop-i7-2630qm-2.0ghz-quad-core-cpu-6gb-ddr3-500gb-hdd-15.6-led-1920x1080-wifi-n-8cell-win-7-prem

I know this is WAY under your budget. But the extra $1700 will buy you an amazing desktop as well, some great SSDs, or a nice trip to Europe. Your call though.
