So I need a laptop that will be capable of video editing.
From my research I need something with na i7 HQ processor, 8-16GB of RAM and some form of Nvidia GTX Graphics Card as well as an SSD and HDD.
I need this because I will be going overseas and I need a platform to edit videos while travelling.
My first stop is Hong Kong / Macau - so I was wondering should I risk rolling the dice and buy something while I'm over there? Does anyone have any experience with purchasing from these countries, will it be cheaper than buying locally (Australia).
I understand that warranty, etc will be harder to claim when I leave but I'm not too concerned with that. My main objective is to buy a decent system at a low cost.
Cheers,
