Is this a good laptop

-MSI GE70 Apache Pro-012 Gaming Notebook

I cant link it but i did get it from microcenter they're waiting for more to be shipped to the store so that could take up to weeks. Also i was curious whats the 860m in the desktop world

Some games im going to play on it are

Minecraft/W/Shaders
Skyrim/W/ENB/Mods
GtaIV/W/Mods
Farcry3
ETS2/W/Mods

Also i doing school work as well

Additionally, the Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart found in each month's roundup of the best graphic cards for the money gives a rough comparison of different GPUs, including mobile versions. If you scroll waaaaay down, you can even find Intel's products. ;^)

For the games you are currently playing it should be more than sufficient assuming you mean the gtx 860m and not the gt 860m although im not sure what ETS2 is. For future games, you should be able to play at med settings.
