Gaming on my new Laptop with an External Monitor

This guy don't know much about computers at the moment. Every article I look for opens my eyes to the topic, and then to something else, and I read another article -- before I know it, I've been reading for an hour … it's a rabbit hole I tell ya!

Let's not have you read for an hour.

I want to have an optimal gaming experience with a single external monitor for this laptop. The link below is my new-new.

Will I have a better experience playing pubg with a 144hz monitor? Would this computer even support it? I wanna run high level graphics. Can I do it? What's my best option. I was looking at this monitor.

You have a good size IPS screen, but if you want smoother feel in the games and don't care if the colors are less vibrant, then a 120-144hz monitor would be good to use.
