Gaming Pc With no case?

So i am planning to build a gaming Pc without a case, but i am not sure what do i need to include to make this success and what do I need to build a gaming PC ceaseless. I already have all the Parts. I am planning to screw morthrboard on a piece of wood but Ii would need something to protect my mortarboard against the wood.

Here my spec:
AMD 8 core
Cooler Master CPU cooler
GTX 970 4g Gpu
Real size mortarboard

A pc without a case is pretty ambitous. It needs a lot of maintaince (cleaning) to prevent dust and other stuff to interact with fans or even the motherboard. A case is there for protection..
