Lenovo's Y700 Touch is the only laptop that comes to mind that meets your requirements, but you will need to pitch in an extra $99.

I'll keep looking. :)

If you have to have to use amazon, touch screen and thin this is the only one I know of

http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-15-6-Inch-Touchscreen-Gaming-Windows/dp/B00K6ZIFFG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1445977171&sr=8-1&keywords=lenovo+y

Most gaming laptops are heavy because they have really good cooling and they usually don't have touch screen

If you wind up playing heavier games this laptop may not work if your playing things like FO4 , City Skylines. All PC games require desktop not laptop and laptops are weaker than desktop

[strike]Here is an MSI that meets all your requirements...
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-GE62-APACHE-276-9S7-16J212-276-15-6-Inch/dp/B012AQH9AU/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1445977687&sr=1-2&keywords=MSI+gaming+laptop&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_five_browse-bin%3A8080213011[/strike]

Scratch that. According to reviews, it does not have touch, while Amazon states it does...

The strongest card they make on laptop is a GTX 980m and that is out of your price range

in your price range and having to only use amazon you wont get higher than a GTX 960m on laptop

Has nothing to do with it. They just dont make most gaming laptops with touch screen. Fps has to do with how strong your video card is and the resolution your playing in and you should be using vertical sync while gaming. It syncs the game with your monitor. So most laptops are 60Ghz , vertical sync will lock the game at 60 fps with your monitor to prevent screen tearing. You dont want to run your fps high and make your card struggle. Again with 60 fps that is if your video card is high enough to run the game your playing. Laptop video cards are weaker than desktop cards

What gamercat posted MSI makes a good gaming laptop. This is only 5 pounds rather than many are 8 pounds but it doesn't have touch screen . It only has 2gb vram but the only two games I know of that need 4gb vram right now is FO4 and GTA V. I dont know how well these games would play on a laptop card. Especially FO4 i has some pretty high specs for desktop
