My laptop switching from a black screen with the gateway logo saying diagnosing your pc to a black screen saying preparing automatic repair. It keeps switching between those two screen and its been this for about 6hours now. What do i do??

corrupt OS just format your HDD and re-install your choice of operating system and if i may say, having a gateway laptop is like drinking tea from a wooden cup.
