GeForce Experience 2.1 Shadowplay Fps Counter Not working and or Showing

I Updated to Geforce 2.1 to get the fps counter in shadowplay and There's no option there what so ever, iv'e done un-installs, then re-installed, etc, etc. And nothing seem's to work, The only option's that show are desktop mode, Display, status, and camera, that's it.

I have a Nvidia GTX 770 gpu, an AMD FX 6400 6 core cpu, have 8 gigs of DDR3 Ram, and am running on windows 7

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.
