Hello guys .
I've bought a Genesis HX77 , a headset with a microphone , but the microphone doesn't work on my laptop (an Asus ROG GL552JK)
I've tried on my computer and my father's laptop and it works .
What should I do to make it work on my laptop too ?

Solution
Have you installed and/or updated any drivers for this headset/microphone? If not, you should do that.

Also, is it not working at all on the laptop, or just not in specific programs/games?

If it isn't working at all, try the following...

1. Go to "Control Panel".
2. Click on "Sound".
3. Click the "Recording" tab.
4. Click on the device you are trying to fix.
5. Now click the "Configure" button and then click "Set up Microphone".
6. Once that is complete, click the "Properties" button.
7. When you are done with your changes, in "Properties", click "Apply" and then "OK".
8. If you click the "Playback" tab, you can adjust the speakers/headphones the same way.
9. When you are done with both, then click "OK", again, on the main "Sound...
