You can't get anything off a device that way. You would need to have either backed up the data to a google or cloud account prior to the loss/death of the device, or have backed it up to a computer or have access to the device (and it be working/functioning).

If it is gone/lost/dead and nothing had been saved prior, you can't get the data.
