Get diconnected while surfing

Hello,
i hv a HP comp,so far i had never had a prob, for the last few days, the moment i click on a link to open, window shuts down. what cud be the cause and sollution to resaolve this problem? thanks in advance!

So your using an internet browser, you open a link, and the window closes with the link you just opened? If so, sounds likes some kind of malware.

If all of your programs are behaving like that, you'll need to startup in safe mode and try to figure out what task/service is the one causing the issue. A free antivirus program may be helpful.
