1. what specifically isn't clicking? tapping on touchpad doesn't work? or the left/right buttons don't work?
2. have you done any new hardware/software/etc changed to your computer?
3. are the drivers for your device up to date?
4. is the touchpad software running properly? (synaptec has an icon next to the clock in tray bar)
