get my asus tablet to turn on while it flashes on and off

My tablet won't turn on while it is on the charger....keeps flashing on and off and I am tired of it

I would try recalibrating the battery:

Charge the tablet until your sure its fully charged
Unplug the charger
Use tablet until its 0%.
Recharge until your sure its 100%
