Get no security page on fb asking for help from friends

Am trying to follow inxs to unblock an account that fb themselves have confirmeb have unblocked already.
Still cannot get past the new password, code, and new log out page as they are "reviewing info"

Any further suggestions?

I get no security page where to ask help from friends....
