Getting 5.1 on PC Gaming

Hello all,

I have a optical out on my pc and a samsung 5.1 system, i can get surround sound on films in WMP but cant get it to work on my games even with the 5.1 setting selected.

does anyone have a idea how i solve this.

If the Samsung has "simulated surround" setting, you can use that setting.
