Getting a new phone

I'm thinking of buying a new phone. Currently I'm using Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. I was thinking to get S5/S5 Neo. I know that the S5 Neo has a better front camera, with 5 Megapixels. Why is the S5 Neo cheaper than the S5 when S5 Neo is better?

Those phones aren't in my country
I think I'm gonna get a S5 or a S5 Neo, but I wanna know why S5 Neo costs more.

Just buy a one plus 2 it's cheaper and has good specs

Though Samsung S5 Neo is quite new on the market, it has good overall performance, and the battery tests shows in some cases that this phone copes with longevity better then its sibling S5, in terms of energy.

xiaomi, huawei,meizu ...all of those are good quality and cheap.
