GIMP how to save file after modifing a date

Tried to modify date and time for a taken photo using GIMP but I don't know how to save it after the modification

I tried the instruction in thread below : File --> Export

Have you tried using another freeware metadata editor?

Don't mind to use the one that you posted and there are many others.
But the one that you referred to , have you used it ?
