I read GL62M has a relatively good cooling system and poor display quality, while Y520 is the cheapest in here. The question is, which is the best (among these three) for gaming and most durable?

Solution
In terms of gaming, it'll be the MSI or Y520 as they have the 4gb version of the 1050, not the 2gb. However, these 2 systems only have 4gb of ram, which will need to be upgraded in the near future (4gb should suffice, but 8 is really optimal to play current AAA titles).

I would go with the Y520. Take the money you save on that system and throw another 4gb of ram in there to bring it up to 8gb. Then start saving for a 128-250gb SSD and install that in the free slot.
