Going from DirectTV to OTA with same cabling

Hi, everyone!

I'm dropping my DirecTV for an antenna and I have a question. Can I use the existing cabling somehow? I've wired my house before with CAT5 and it was a PITA! I'd really not like to go through that again if I don't have to. I obviously have the DTV coax running everywhere I need it and the dish is mounted in the exact perfect place for my antenna. I was hoping I could just remove the dish and attach the antenna right where it is.
