going to certain websites brings up login page for a network im not connected to

So my university uses this stupid internet system, and occasionally it will load their login page when you are not connected when you try to access any site you loaded when logging into the network, and i have absolutely no ideas how to fix this. I cleared cookies, flushed and renewed the ips, im stumped.

Contact the university IT support.

What ever network you have stumbled on, you do not permission to be there. Like the other person said you will have to contact campus IT to see if it is a permissions issue
