Good £200 ish small laptop?

So im looking for a laptop for a friend, she needs a laptop for working on, but is limited to a £200-300 bracket. It needs to have a good keyboard and touchpad, and responsive. Its not obviously going to be a gaming beast, but just the best for the price.

well for a good leptopish i woud begin at 300 400 becus ather wise it just not gone cut it you can better have a teblet for that mony
