Solved! Good afternoon i have a toshiba satelitte c660_1D7 laptop i did a windows upgrade know all i get when i turn on my pc is bootmgr missing press ct.

Good aftetnoon i have a toshiba laptop c6601D7 laptop i upgraded to windows 10 now all i get is bootmgr missing press alt ctrl del and it wont let me do anything any help please thank you

This is often the sign of a defective/failing/infected primary boot device. Is your HDD/SSD still recognized properly by the system's BIOS and is the proper boot device selected as default?

Yes but still comes up ctrl alt del when i res
