Good amp for this subwoofer?

Hello, so I am planning on buying this sub: https/www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-12-Inch-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B000092TT0?th=1 and some speakers to hook up to my pc, only trouble is I need an amp with bass control and volume control, any good ones out there that can put the sub to its full potential?

You would hook that sub directly to your PC, no amp required. The sub has a volume and frequency cutoff control on the unit. Bookshelf sized speakers will generally have a usable lower frequency of 40-60Hz. You can tailor the cutoff on the sub to match that. I would probably get self-powered speakers to simplify the setup. No discrete amp required.
