Good gaming laptop for ultra settings??

I was thinking about getting the sager np8130 but I don't know if it will be able to play games like crysis 2, rift, cod black ops, all on ultra high settings without lag. I will post some of the specs below.

15.6 FHD 1920x1080

1.5gb nvidia geforce gtx 460m ddr5 dx11

2nd gen i7 2630qm 2.0-2.9ghz

8gb ddr3 ram

Will this be able to run these games with at least 25 frames or more with these specs?

Probably not. The laptop GTX 460M is roughly equivalent to a desktop GTS 450 graphics card.

Still, the Sager NP8130 @ ~$1200 is about the best performance you'll get in that price range.

Also my friend has an alienware desktop with a gtx 260m and it can run rift on ultra with no problems, he's got a i7 740 processor and 8gb of ram

It should do most of the games you mention on High settings.
You can probably test running on Ultra - but for playable frame rates you'll probably need to turn down the graphics quality a bit.
