Good head phones for 300 dollars

I'm looking at getting new music headphones that are over ear, to replace my old ones. I'm trying to find oneverything that is durable.

I'm thinking about the momentumsame 2.0 over ear headphones

OR the German maestro gmp 8.35D
There know to be really durable but will they be good for listening to music on your phone?

Any suggestions on different over ear headphones?

In the $300 range your looking at high quality but to get that sound quality the ones I know are 600ohm which is not something a phone will drive, you risk blowing the amp in the phone if you do try. You may need to comprimise
