Good Headphones for Gaming and Music

What are some good headphones that are good for gaming and music? I only play FPS games like Counter Strike Global Offensive (I need to hear footsteps), so I do not want too much bass. Also, I want headphones that are closed so that people can't hear my music and I can't hear them (Need complete isolation from outside sound and no leaks whatsoever). A decent soundstage is all i need, as long as it is not too small and not too big. I have a $150 dollar budget. I was looking at the Sennheiser HD 439 and the Audio-Technica M40X, but I found that the HD 439 did not have good sound quality, and that the M40X leaks sound. I am confused on what other options are out there. Thank you!

You can always check out the Sony MDR-7506, Shure SRH440, or even the Audio-Technica ATH-T400.

Most people won't be able to really set apart any of those models in terms of sound quality, it'll be more of how comfortable they are and how they seem to you.
