Good headset and/or mic?

I have got my PC now, but I want a new headset, aswell as a microphone. I am considering getting the Samson Go mic, but apparently the Samson Meteorite is better? In essence, could you just tell me which of those mics are better, or another that you would recommend? I also need a new headset for under £50ish, with a mic would be good but it doesnt have to include one.

Without mic, try the Sennheiser HD518 or Audio Technica ATHM30X
