Im looking for a good desktop replacement with the folllowing specs or more:

Good videocard that supports WebGL.


About 1-2 GB RAM

Decent resolution

At least 2.1 Ghz

100+ GB Storage


Im planning to use it for playing and editing movies, playing games like Minecraft or Portal.

About the lowest priced laptops with a dedicated graphics card - :
one Nvidia and one AMD

A few less expensive models, without dedicated graphics cards.
They do have integrated graphics that's a year or so ago would be considered entry level discrete graphics cards.

The HP ProBook 4530s that you listed its exactly the one thet I was thinking of, but I searched about common issues and it turns out that it uses the intel hm65 revision b2, wich is a defective chipset. Does anyone know if it has been fixed yet?

They stopped shipping B2 motherboards back in Jan. Anything Intel shipped after that were B3s.
And what was already out at the MFGRs or in the hands of the end user got a replacement paid for by Intel.
