Good Smart Phone Specs?

Is 512mb RAM, quad 1.2ghz processor good for a smart phone? I'd be using it for everyday use. I will watch YouTube vids occasionally as well as some games (mostly 2d).

It's not bad. I would advise you to choose a Moto G as 512GB of RAM is pushing it in terms of speed and will probably bee outdated in 6 months.
