Why doesn't Google do something USEFUL and make Gmail more like Yahoo? Yahoo mail uses folders (instead of lame-ass labels), an Outlook-like interface with drag/drop functions, and the ability to hold the shift key for mass delete or mass drag/drop. Gmail has great spam blocking, but it horribly pales in comparison to Yahoo's versatility and ease of use.

This is why there exists a Gmail AND a Yahoo!

Personally, I prefer Gmail. Isn't it great that we have a choice?

I agree. Yahoo's mail interface is much better.

as Marcus has said, not everyone enjoys dealing with the horrific vision of things that are anything like Outlook... many of us would like nothing more than to totally erase the though of it ever existing and all the mental and physical anguish it hoisted upon so many weary helpdesk techs... oh the horror!
