TBH, if I was looking over potential new employees and wanted to find if they had skeletons in their closets, I would probably look at Youtube or Facebook too.
But.
It would bother me more after I did a CRB check and found they were a convicted rapist.
Videos of falling off skateboards wouldn't factor after that.
