Hi all,
Newbie here
Hopefully I have posted in the right section.
I am running a Windows 10 Machine and this is happening on Google Chrome, Edge & Internet Explorer, (Haven't tried it on any other browsers such as Firefox)
And before I continue this has only started happening since I had and removed some nasty Malware after trying to install some software which turned out not to be software! I now have Malwarebytes, Spybot installed on my pc and these were successful in removing all (I hope) of the malware, so not sure if there is something lingering or something has been changed somewhere deep that is causing this problem, And I have done abit of research before posting this and didn't want to just create 'another' thread regarding this subject.
Got a very strange and annoying problem, when I try to access my Google account homepage I get this... http/pasteboard.co/zxLhHfXjQ.jpg
and when I right clicked to 'inspect' this was the code I got... ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED and displayed this.. http/pasteboard.co/BNk3ELQhI.jpg
It is also causing a problem when trying to use Google maps as the little pegman is not available to use or any other features.
Things I have tried:
Open CMD (command prompt) Admin and RUN below command one by one.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
Uninstalling / Reinstalling Chrome
Clearing Cache, History and Cookies
I hope this makes sense and there is a fix for this
Thanks in advance! and apologies for posting this more than once as I was unsure to which section is more relevant for this thread
