The edit to get on line first gets implemented first.
There's no tie with the internet, were dealing with microseconds.

I dropped my copy of Word 2007 on my computer. It hogged up space that I never used because of Docs. Offline editing is another step in the right direction, though it would be nice for other people to be able to edit Word documents on it. Great job Google!
