I would like to see a Nexus 2, but I think its a bit too early for that. Android 3.0 is still a long way off, battery and performance might be a bit anemic for Android 3.0 and applications needs.
I would rather not see Google to get in the habit of releasing a new phone every six months or year. These days you barely seem to be halfway through your contract and then hear "the next big phone is coming out!"
