I agree with the underlying principle, just not how you worded it.

I think what you wanted to say was "You'll never get rich plowing someone else's field", because as long as your income relies upon you trading time for money, you're not financially free, no matter how good the perks are.

No one can deny that Google is a really good work environment. I wish that someday these will spill over to other companies too.
