Given all the pictures I have seen. It doesn't matter how attractive the model is. They still look like an idiot with the Glass on. Now just picture how much worse the average person will look. I'm guessing this will be more of a niche product for people that want to document something from the first person perspective without the even more noticeable and heavy Hero camera.

So they decided on making it expensive for their customers, not because it was actually expensive to make, not because their customers were really getting their money's worth, but because Google wanted to falsify exclusivity with a fabricated price hike.
