Jessica reached up to adjust her headset to get a better view of her Facebook feed to see if it had any new updates, just as she stepped off of the curb to make high-speed contact with a bus. In a testament to the robustness of the Glass, it was pried out of her mangled cranial flesh with a few cosmetic scratches, but it remained fully functional. The action button remained a little sticky until the blood that made its way into the internal spring dried out, but it was not an insurmountable hurdle for Jessica's replacement Explorer.

Given all the pictures I have seen. It doesn't matter how attractive the model is. They still look like an idiot with the Glass on. Now just picture how much worse the average person will look. I'm guessing this will be more of a niche product for people that want to document something from the first person perspective without the even more noticeable and heavy Hero camera.

According to Sanders, this limited availability was intentional. "The high price point isn't just about the cost of the device. We want people who are going to be passionate about it," he told Forbes.
So they decided on making it expensive for their customers, not because it was actually expensive to make, not because their customers were really getting their money's worth, but because Google wanted to falsify exclusivity with a fabricated price hike. In other words, Google just wanted to expedite the age old axiom, "a fool and his money..." How do these executives get away with publically spewing idiocy like this?
