Got a new SIMs card activating prepaid my phone still says no SIM card is a Galaxy S4

You would need to check with the carrier/service provider. Perhaps it is the wrong kind of SIM for your device, or there is a problem with the port.

Contact your mobile service provider/carrier for you SIM card issue.
