Lets start. I just got a new gpu and wanted to render some free intros in blender, but after downloading some from ifreshd ( On youtube ) i got these web pop-ups called 'hijackers' ( Atleast i read so ). If its a file, it doesnt get detected by the only anti-virus i have, Kaspersky. Theyre pretty annoying, cause if im playing a game and got some music up and running on youtube, i cant really do it, cause after a while, the web page called marketgid.com pops up and kicks me out of the game ( It doesnt close the game, it just automatically pauses it and goes to that new web tab with the page open, im using Chrome btw ). Could someone please help ?

Usually, you want to have both an antivirus and a malware scanner. THE most used software for scanning for malware would be Malwarebytes. It is free on their website:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Just do a scan and it should help to find most of the newer things that an antivirus will miss. But don't skip out on antvirus scans, this doesn't replace it.

As this is a prebuilt system ( With some upgrades ), it has visited a pc shop to install a copy of Windows 10 for 40 euros, with all offices ( Excel, Word, Power Point etc. ) Also they included a 1 year subscription for Kaspersky.

Yep, everything that was web pop-up related was in Chrome folders. mail.ru was the main one, with bunch of others. If this helps and there wont be any pop-ups in 1 day, gonna mark your answer as the solution! Thanks.

Whenever someone has problems like this, I recommend a boot-time scan. Malware/adware like this can re-propagate itself over the net. Try disconnecting your Internet and running a "full scan" with Avast and whatever program you currently have installed (Avast 2017 can use Passive Mode if you like, so you can have it available as a scanner only) Both Free and Paid versions support this. https://www.avast.com/en-us/compare-antivirus

Then, run a boot-time scan via USB or removable media: https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB132

Finally, you can use a program like Avast Cleanup (there are free alternatives out there too) which can remove things like tracking cookies, etc: https://www.avast.com/en-us/cleanup#pc
