Got my phone wet, the world isnt ending but youtube and camera dont work

I dropped my samsung galaxy s8 into about a foot of water a week ago, since then i have not been able to use any apps that use the camera, i can open them, like snapchat and instagram but i cannot use the camera, when i open the camera it is just black and it wont let me take pictures. Also since then my youtube has not loaded, it will launch the app but it will not show anything, i have tried chamging date and time to auto, clearing cash resetting app data, deleating apps and reinstaling, restartibg my phone, restartibg my phone in safe mode. Nothing has helped, should i just ho into a verison store?

Since you don't mention taking the battery, SIM, SD card, etc., out and letting it dry out for days, I am going to assume you didn't. If that is the case, you can take it in, but it probably won't be covered by any warranty.
