GPRS/WiFi roaming

Hi,
we need a solution which will either enable us to
automaticaly disconnect GPRS when WiFi is availible or
simply force disconnection of GPRS and try Wifi at certain
points..

can you change the network settings from "My ISP" to "My
work network" for example to change between wifi and gprs,
but do it programaticaly??

our app is written in vb.net running on pocket pc 2003..

NOT AN ANSWER

BUT I find it funny that for years we have been able to set our notebooks or
other computer so that when High Speed or WiFi is not available that it will
ask to start a dialup connection, why was this option dropped with the PPC?

Uhh.. my PDA does do that... when wifi is off it asks if I want to
dialup.
