Question Graphic problem when gaming

I don't know what this problem is called, and I have no idea to fix this.
This graphic problem only happens when I'm playing any games (League of Legends, GTA V, Far Cry, etc). It doesn't affect performance, but it's rather annoying and causes me to lose focus on the game often.
I've updated these 2 drivers: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 & NVIDIA GeForce 940M. My system is also up-to-date, still nothing happened.
Can somebody help me w/ this?
