graphics card help

I'm looking at buying a laptop off someone I know. It has a nvidia gtx 210 business card, just wondering if it is replacale if I buy a better graphics card , built for gaming.

Well they optioned it with a GTX880M which of course is not in retail. http/support.lenovo.com/us/en/documents/pd003320 so where to buy is a question.

Yea, even if I do find it its not exactly cheap. I'm interested in this laptop for school, but I also want one that I can play games on, the biggest game id be playing is Wow, the new xpac, not anything like bf4 or black ops. Just wondering if you'd think it could run it smoothly? I don't care for ultra settings, I can run out fair or good with satisfaction
