Graphics card replacement

I am using dell inspiron 7537 with i7 processor and 16gb ram.the graphic card in my laptop is nvidia gt 750m. Can i upgrade my graphic card to a higher one like nvidia gt 980ti?

My bad,the most you can get is a ssd upgrade.Your ram is fine.Unless you want those janky mini pcie external gpu docks
