what's the difference? i assuming NVIDIA GTX965M 2GB GDDR5 is stronger?

Yes the GTX 965M should be stronger. For GPUs, the first number indicates the series or generation of the GPU. For example an Nvidia 700 GPU is older than an Nvidia 900 GPU, or Nvidia 800 GPU.

The next two numbers refer to performance, and basically the higher the number the better the performance in general. The performance difference can be very small between them though.
