Green spots on display

Hello, I have bought my galaxy j6 yesterday and it has some weird spots on it that look to be green..its the most visible when the screen is white. Can it be protecting glass or should i go and have it changed?

Actually it seems like those spots are there even when its turned off

If you just bough it it should have a plastic film over the glass, peel that off and see if it helps.

Yes its brand new, but when i was buying it i also bought protective glass and person working there put it on for me. I just wanna be sure its that foil and not a bad screen
