gs63vr gaming spilt second lag

I just bought the msi gs63vr for gaming and college. while i'm gaming (dota) on it, i get just a spilt second lag sometimes randomly. it happens in around 20 to 25 mins after gaming and occurs later randomly between 15 to 25 mins or sometime like that. is it because of the hard disk because i am using my 5400 rpm hard drive to store games. I'm also using intel extreme utility to undervolt my laptop by 110 volts.

Check CPU/GPU/RAM/Disk usage during gaming. Also check temperatures. That will usually be the biggest tell of what's going on.

i always check my temps.. its around 80 and 81 for both cpu and gpu as i have undervolted my cpu. the gpu peaks at 99%. and the cpu around 55%. I use msi afterburner to monitor my gpu and cpu temps and usage. I have 16 gigs of ram and i dont think that's a problem but i will check that out anyways. also i cannot check my disk usage on the game as the game stops using resources after i switch away from the game.

Might wanna try re-installing the game, and if that doesn't work try re-installing graphics drivers.

the driver isnt the problem as i have updated the driver and it has happened before and after the update

Your brand-new MSI should have no problem with running DotA 2, so it's probably a question of tweaking some settings.
