Hi Guys,

I bought a new lappie ACER V3-571G and now when I started playing CRYSIS 2 on it, i noticed that temp.(GPUZ) was 90c-95c. :heink:

This was after half hour of gaming at native resolution at advanced settings.
I just wanted to know is this normal or temps are too high????
here is the link>>>

Just forgot to tell that normally temps remain about 50c and till now there has been no crashing or unexpected shutdown. drivers are 296.32.

well if you are not crashing then you are fine. you can use msi afterburner to crank up the fan settings. laptops are designed to take higher temperatures. on my desktop my video card does not go over 76c

Depending on airflow, whether its on your lap, etc that can be a normal temp. I know my old GT 310m used to get up there, but so did my processor they would both be in the 80s+.

I was having these temps too on with my Alienware with a 525m. I was noticing the graphics card stuttering and dipping to below 10fps as the card tried to cool down. I took an air compresser and blew the dust out from my fan, and my temps went from 90-95c to 50-60c on load. It's simple but makes a huge difference.

@Simplexity88 Bought lappie yesterday. So i dont think any dust is problem here.

<EDIT>
Highest Vcore GPU 1.0620 V
Max. Memory USAGE 783 MB
Max. Temp. 93c(After 30 min. of Crysis 2)
Max Temp (Without load) 47c

Any Other Ideas....???
