The answer is yes: sort of.

You will need to lower the settings quite a bit and there will be stuttering in some areas.

Not enough cpu. I'm have a 2600k @4.5 and still don't get 100% usage out of my 280x. The game is cpu dependant

Idk, i have 99% usage out of my 290X with the same CPU.
